The rate and delivery time for your address are confirmed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates in business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and include order processing. During holidays, promotions, or severe weather, deliveries may take longer.
Where We Do Not Ship
We do not ship outside the United States. If our supplier cannot ship an item to your address, we will cancel that item and issue a full refund.
How Your Order Ships
We work with trusted suppliers and carriers. Your order may be fulfilled directly by our supplier and may arrive in more than one package. Some items are shipped from our overseas warehouse; their estimated delivery time is shown separately above and at checkout.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@EverydayGardenTools.com. Orders that have not shipped yet can be cancelled free of charge. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. See our Refund Policy for details.
Delays, Lost Packages, and Delivered-but-Not-Received
Delay thresholds, lost packages, and packages marked as delivered but not received are handled under our Refund Policy.
